Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds work for prepaid balances and consumed usage.

Recharged balance

Unused prepaid balance may be refundable subject to verification and payment-processor constraints. Contact us to request a balance refund.

Consumed model calls

Model calls that have executed are non-refundable, because the upstream provider cost has already been incurred. Each charge is recorded in the ledger for transparency.

Abnormal charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us with the request_id. We will reconcile the ledger entry and correct any genuine billing error.

Enterprise

Enterprise refunds and credits are governed by your contract, which takes precedence over this policy.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period via the original payment method where possible.
